A Blend Of Contemporary Furnishings Studio Apartment

It was my first time in NYC and one of the most important nice comments it was related this apartment. Everything is better than you can see in the photos. very cozy and with everything you would need for a perfect stay: from a very well equipped kitchen and laundry to internet and cable TV I didn´t find anything that you not have into the apartment. Most that you need for a great experience related the accommodation. Anello and Abdel are very nice people and they offered to me continuously a help to resolve my questions. everything was excellent: the location, comfortable apartment, I will recommend this apartment to anybody that need accommodation in NYC.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone! I stayed for one month and it was very comfortable. It has a perfect location, there is a subway station just around the corner. As it on 2nd floor, I was scared that it would be too noisy, but it wasn’t bad at all. The Host was very considerate, the fridge was full of mineral water when I arrived. I used the kitchen a couple of times, it was well equipped. The dining table is fine for two people. I would definitely want to stay here the next time I go to NY.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment for almost six weeks. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is very comfortable. The place is exactly as in the photos, and everything worked very well (wifi, heating, cable, etc). The building is very well kept.. I look forward to returning in the future.

The apartment is well located and has all you need for a stay in NYC. I have stayed there for 3 months and everything was perfect. Anello is incredibly supporting and gave all attention since the reservation moment. Perfect !!!

Immaculate, fully stocked with all essentials. Towels, cleaning products, coffee pods, bed linens. Fully stocked kitchen, everything was perfect for our stay. This host is top notch, made sure our stay was amazing. Will definitely go back!
