The apartment is well located as you can access many subway lines nearby, very convenient to go anywhere in Manhattan. Still, the neighborhood is very touristy with lots of people in the area. The building entrance is secure .The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos, no surprise here, the management team is quick to respond in case we have a problem. The apartment is functional and well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer). The apartment is quite bright there is a window in the in the sitting room. The WiFi works well. This is an ideal living space having excellent access to student needs. It is a good and vibrant neighborhood with so many amenities, restaurants, and transportation. The agency in charge of this apartment is friendly and easy to work with. The super was always available and ready to help with anything.

I would absolutely recommend this apartment. It has all the amenities needed. The galley kitchen is great and fully stocked. The bathroom is amazing for a rental. All tiled and good storage. The mattress is comfortable and the closet big enough for my cloths. I have stayed in other apartments on a short term basis and this one is far superior. It is a great deal with utilities and cable included in consideration of the area – near multiple subways, bars & restaurants . A really nice place to stay at and surrounded by grocery stores and good places to eat. walking distance to campus. The apartment in general is very well maintained and feels like home.

Such a wonderful host! So accommodating and kind, he made my arrival and stay in the apartment very pleasant!! The location of the apartment is fantastic, super close to a few different metro stations and tons of food options nearby!

The location of the house we rented was perfect. So close to all of the sites and restaurants, bus and train transportation, and markets. So many things to see and do from this location. The house was so well equipped with kitchen appliances, linens, paper products, laundry facilities, etc. Everything went smoothly from our arrival to our departure. I would highly recommend this property.
