Furnished Studio Apartment in the Upper West Side

I have rented homes in different cities and several times in NYC. This one is the BEST ever and excellent in every way. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-appointed and had every convenience I needed. In the kitchen, I was able to make breakfast and small meals easily because they had Starbucks coffee, tea, sugar and sweeteners, cooking oil, spices, aluminum foil and pans for roasting and baking, etc. I was surprised you could barely hear any sounds from outside. Matthew was supportive, accessible and kind without being intrusive. I had complete privacy but if I had any questions, he responded within an hour or even faster. The check-in was so easy; when I informed him that I was arriving earlier than the check-in time, he made sure the apartment was ready for me when I arrived from the airport.

The apartment was great. Spacious, fully stocked and location was perfect. Walking distance to great shops, restaurants, markets and the subway stations. We arrived super early and, although we couldn’t get in early, we were able to leave our luggage and explore the city. I’d so suggest staying here, in a fun neighbourhood, and have a fun adventure going into the city!

The property was exactly as advertised. My husband and I went to NYC with a recently-widowed friend. We could spread out, read, and visit in the spacious, sunny Studio Apartment. The kitchen was very well-equipped. Most important to me, the place was immaculately clean. Most important to our friend was the proximity to subway; getting into the city was a breeze. Finally, Manhattan has a great and upcoming restaurant scene; we really enjoyed our dinners out. Altogether, a very pleasant and enjoyable Apartment!

Matthew Lesher was very kind and did everything he said he would do with regard to check in. I got in a little late. I loved the neighbourhood in West Side and it was very close to train station. Unfortunately, I wasn’t used to the cold and wish I had brought warmer clothes, because I got a raging cold. I love New York so much, and loved this neighbourhood so much that I would definitely return. I would like to thank Matthew for his hospitality.

Perfect neighbourhood!
The room was just as described and perfect for our few days in the city. The location is perfect for getting around, with lots of places within walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay there again!
